• A Leadership Coach and Growth Consultant since the early ‘90s, Josh has helped over one hundred organisations - including Sun Microsystems, ICI, Cookson, Keystone, a wide range of SMEs, and a variety of Public Service Authorities - secure significant successes in Key Result Areas.    
        
• These include Developing Effective Management & Strategic Leadership, Planning for Business Growth and New Markets, and delivering improved Profit performance, Customer Service, and Quality Culture.
   
• Earlier a senior international manager with Philips Electronics, leading and facilitating multi-function, multinational teams, Josh was responsible for developing and implementing Competitive Strategies for Product & Process Innovation, and achieving reduced Lead Times to market.
   
• Josh offers widely acclaimed expertise in developing high Performance Teams and Effective Leadership, by helping them discover and achieve their potential, and become more Productive and Creative, individually and collectively.
   
• Josh also served as a Visiting Lecturer in Strategy, Marketing, Operations & Quality Management at MBA level.

• Bruce has served in Local Government as a Corporate Director in both Strathclyde Regional Council and South Ayrshire Council.
   
• Bruce has broad experience in management and customer service in the public sector and has served as Chairman of the Scottish Consumer Council. Bruce has implemented Best Value in local government and has been involved in a range of innovative IT and Public Service projects.
   
• As part of his local government responsibility for market regulation, Bruce has promoted and led several initiatives involving Small & Medium Size Enterprises with the objective of improving quality and compliance standards.
   
• As a past Director of the European Consumer Institute Bruce has served on a number of EU committees.
   
• Bruce’s wide ranging interests include - Director and Chairman of Citizens Advice Direct Ltd, Member of the Law Society of Scotland's Consumer Panel, and Complaints Adjudicator for the Plumbing Industry.
