Design engaged the services of Evolve when the business suffered a
few setbacks and faced a number of major challenges, and was looking
for urgent remedial action. The management team of five took on an
intensive training schedule with Evolve. The programme included a
wide variety of action-learning modules, tailor made for our business.
Our training days were broken into half-day sessions and were delivered
in-house enabling our business to function normally.
The activity-based training provided our managers with new tools and
techniques, which enabled them to effectively manage our business
for growth. Remarkably within 3 months we had re-structured our business
and brought on an additional 3 members of staff. In 13 years of business
our company has never been stronger or more confident. Our staff are
delighted and our business is booming. |
