1. Josh Sarkar has spent more than two decades working with and meeting some of the world’s largest corporations and great entrepreneurs at an international level.


2. Josh served as an international Transformation Leader with Philips Electronics, across Europe and for almost a decade. It is here that he developed and honed his now-widely-acclaimed ability to bring about a fundamental difference, and add significant value, to a wide variety of organisations.


3. While with Philips, Josh gained hands-on expertise in most segments of the Concept-to-Customer business process, and was intensively trained in the fiercely competitive Tools, Techniques, Concepts and Processes emerging from the far east and the USA.


4. Over the past decade, working in his capacity as a Leadership Coach and Mentor, Josh has helped over one hundred organisations - including Sun Microsystems, ICI, Cookson, Keystone, a wide range of SMEs, and a variety of Public Service Authorities - secure significant successes in Key Areas of their operations. These include Business and Profit Growth, Leadership and Management Development, Strategic Marketing, and excellence in Customer Service and Quality.


5. Josh also served as a Visiting Lecturer at both Glasgow and Strathclyde Universities covering Strategy, Marketing, Operations & Quality Management at MBA level. During this time Josh also developed new ways of thinking about, and integrating, Quality and Marketing.
